Important Notice

This is NOT a gambling platform. This is NOT a get-rich-quick scheme. This is a Discipline-First Trading Firm. Most traders don't fail because of strategy — they fail because of lack of discipline, patience, and emotional control. We don't sell dreams. We test behavior.

1. Nature of Accounts
  • All funding & challenge accounts are evaluation/demo accounts, not live brokerage accounts.
  • No real market funds are at risk during the challenge phase.
  • The purpose of these accounts is discipline testing, risk management, and trader psychology evaluation.
2. Entry Fee & Refund Policy
  • Entry fee is a challenge participation fee, not an investment.
  • Fee is refundable only if: Trader passes all challenge phases AND all rules are followed without violation.
  • Refund or credit will be processed within 7 working days after passing.
3. Drawdown Rules
  • Daily Drawdown and Maximum Drawdown are hard limits.
  • If drawdown is breached: Account is immediately terminated and challenge fee is non-refundable.
  • Drawdown calculations are based on equity, not balance.
4. Trading Rules
  • Mandatory Stop Loss & Take Profit on every trade.
  • Maximum trades per day and per setup are system-enforced.
  • Martingale, grid trading, revenge trading, or lot size manipulation is strictly prohibited.
  • News trading, hedging, and latency abuse may be restricted based on account type.
5. Automation Authority
  • The system reserves the right to: Auto-calculate lot size, block over-trading, and lock account after rule violations.
  • Manual intervention from trader is not allowed.
  • All lot sizes are calculated at 0.5% risk per trade automatically.
6. Challenge Phases
  • Phase 1: Profit Target + Discipline Test (8% profit target)
  • Phase 2: Consistency Test (5% profit target with daily caps)
  • Passing both phases is mandatory to qualify for funded account.
7. Account Termination
  • Accounts may be terminated if: Any rule is violated.
  • Attempt to exploit system or use of external trade manipulation tools.
  • Multiple accounts used to bypass rules will result in permanent ban.
8. Final Authority
  • The company's risk engine and logs are final and binding.
  • No disputes will be entertained once system violation is confirmed.
  • All decisions are automated and based on verifiable trading data.
